Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel Athens

The location of Hellenic Vibes Smart couldn't be more perfect, with everything nearby. Our room had a high ceiling and a lovely design, making it a comfortable stay. The technology in the room allowed us to control the lighting and air conditioning from our phone, making it convenient. The rain shower in the bathroom was amazing.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to all the interesting places in ancient Athens, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities like electronic curtains and a massaging shower head in the bathroom. The breakfast is tasty and offers a good selection of items. it's a great hotel that provides a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

Some spots in the room were not properly cleaned, like the table with spoiled sugar from previous guests.

The venue had luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the staff showed exceptional service and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the modern design of the room and enormous shower made it a comfortable and relaxing experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions.

The lack of soundproofing in the room made it difficult to sleep at night due to noise from outside. this was a minor issue in an otherwise memorable stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a good view and the AC worked well. The food at the restaurant was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was excellent.

The reception staff, including Irini, Daria, and Loannis, provide excellent service and assistance. The food is delicious, with highlights including the rich and tasty pancakes. The kitchen staff, Giannis and Maggie, are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's windows faced a busy street, and sometimes, the noise proved to be bothersome. however, the experience was memorable, and the staff was top-notch.
